I came here during Christmas time to pawn some of my rings to get some money for my kids Christmas. I pawned 3 rings that were gold and diamond. They only gave me 80 dollars for all 3, and the minimum payment monthly is 20 dollars and that just goes to interest not the balance. I have been unable to come up with the extra money to get them out yet and they have charged me so much interest that now to get it out will cost me 120 dollars. That doesn't include the payment I've made either. So if i was to get it out now over all for being loaned 80 dollars I'll have paid 40 dollars extra so far. It'll be more the longer I can't pay them off. Their service is very friendly, and professional, they've worked w/ me on my payments to them and i trust them with my jewlery. So over all I'm happy with them but more then likely will not use them again cause of how high their interest is. I've used Gold exchange before off Kearny and i'll more than likely just use them again.
We walked in to look at diamond solitaire engagement rings & we scored! We had so much fun & they made it very special!! I have worked in a jewelry store before & I know how crazy the mark-up is. They worked with me on the price & the deal we got was so good that we were asked to not tell anyone what we paid. We purchased a 1.07 round solitaire set in a white gold Tiffany mounting. It sparkles with the blinds closed in my bedroom! We have had it for over a year & we still LOVE our ring! If you take the time to educate yourself before buying something that's this important, you can get a good deal! I NEVER pay sticker price for jewelry, cars, & even large appliances. Ex, bought a dryer new from Lowe's. It was a display model. It was marked down to $600 & we paid $200!! It never hurts to ask for a lower price & at Loftis, they treat you fair!!
As a local here in Springfield for over 20 years I love yard sales and pawn shops! over the years I have been to just about every pawn shop in Springfield. I have sold and purchased and can honestly say in my time i have seen the best and the worst in all the pawn shops and 1 shop who has always been a helpful fair place to go at any time has been Gold Diggers. they're prices are fair and employees have always been nice to me and that means a lot in my book! every time i have been in there, if they couldn't help me they always refer me to the correct place to find what im looking for or to sell my yard sale findings! they are and always will be my first stop regardless of if im selling or buying and i strongly suggest anyone give them a shot! they wont let you down!! Thanks Gold Diggers.
