I've traded with this store for about 5 years and the people that work there are very friendly and helpful. They joke and make idle conversation while they promptly wait on you. I especially like the night crew. Though the area is in "the foothills of the Ghetto" (meaning the neighborhood is a little rough), they still maintain their cheerfulness and helpfulness in spite of the risks of working the grave yard shift in this area.
The staff here is VERY personable and nice, especially to each other. I saw a comment about Management, but I know Tom is a good man. Some of his other "middle people" might have an air about them, but the Sunshine Sam's has many of my favorite people that work in any store I know of.
The ladies who work there are great!! The man who I believe to ber the owner/manager is often rude, short-tempered, and had tried to over-charge me on items more than once. When I go I make sure he is at least not working the cash register!!
