I know it is not their fault, but an appointment is only as good as the place that is going to keep it. If you schedule a 5:00 appointment, you may only get in there at 6:00, and then donating takes another hour after that. Appointment or not, plan on waiting. I usually allow 2+ hours for a full donation only because I usually get hooked up after having been there for 45 minutes. Nothing against them, I just didnt like how an appointment was being made to sound convenient. Not in this case.

If you're interested in donating plasma, don't bother with ZLB. I did, until I heard about BioLife. BioLife is CLEAN! They have the most friendly, professional and educated staff I have ever met. At bioLife, you can make an appointment. At ZLB, you get to walk in and wait, sometimes for many hours!
The staff is friendly, the "stickers" really know what they are doing. I have only had one stick that hurt, but hey, they are human after all (and I have given a dozen times, at least). Not a bad way to make quick tax free money and you are helping someone out.
