If I could give a negative star I would. They were late and the dispatch was so rude and lied to me several times.

Worst f----ing cab people ever. I wait at least 30 mins to an hour everytime. Management is super rude and not willing to work with you at all. "The customer is always rights" is obviously not one of their mottos because they'll argue with you, yes! The managers will. Been late to work 5 times. I'm currently waiting for a cab at a dollar general and I've seen 3 cabs drive past. Been waiting 40 min . Horrible customer service & it's not even the drivers!! Although the drivers are quite impatient even after u have waited forever on them, they leave after being there for 3minutes. Then your call to complain & they yell at you!! Never will get my $ again!!

The worst cab service I have ever had to use.
Always late, $6 for .5 mile drive. Manager has NO customer service skills. This place doesn't deserve to be operating. Get some manners.

This cab company has the worst customer service. The girls who answer the phone sound like they didnt want to work and so rude. They drop the phone on me. Management should check them. Theyre bad for the company.

I have used this cab company for fifteen years now and encountered three rude cab drivers and a very rude dispatcher. Many of the drivers are courteous and understanding and there is at least one very nice dispatcher for the company. After tonight I will never call them again. I called for a round trip ride that normally takes 10 min to arrive. After a forty min wait I called to check on where the cab was to find they did not put the pickup in at all and she got rude then ordered a cab...view more for me. When the cab arrived I was made to give a deposit, which i never had to do. The driver was rude and said that he was the boss and that no matter the complaint nothing would be done, that customers don't count and good luck with finding a different company since they have thirty cabs. They also harass you after your trip by calling you and asking if you still need a cab and when you answer their questions they act as though you are stupid and don't know what the color yellow is then proceed to get rude and nasty before hanging up on you.view less

This company is CRAP if you need to make a complaint about a driver you contact the City of Springfield, Todd Oliver 788-8411. The messed with the wrong one this time.

To say the least, my experience with Lincoln Yellow Cab was less than satisfactory. I used their services for a short cab ride that only cost me about ten dollars. The pickup time was not bad, and I tipped the driver $5. However, I accidentally left my wallet inside of the taxi. This is where Lincoln Yellow Cab showed their true colors. I contacted them the following day and they informed me that they did in fact have my wallet. I drove over to their location, and had my wallet r...view moreeturned, but without the fifty dollars that were in it. So, I assume the driver took the money, or possibly another worker. I contacted the manager the following day to inform her about the incident, and she literally could not have given less of a sh*t about my situation. Even though I did not expect them to return my money (I know how it works, my word against their employees bla bla bla, I get it), I did expect their manager to express at least a slight bit of concern that her employees had robbed a customer. She more or less told me, "You're out of luck. Not my problem."
If this had been the only issue, then I could still consider overlooking the whole experience. Sadly, this was not even the worst of it. The worst part was that my driver (male, older Caucasian) informed me that he had been seeing a women whom he met through the taxi service and had consistently been hanging out with her. He tells me about a story when she pulled a gun on him, so he pulled one on her. He follows this by showing me a blade that he is carrying on him as he drives. Luckily for me, he also shares details about his extra-marital affairs with me. So, in conclusion, I experienced a driver who spoke about pulling a gun on a woman, exposed a knife to me, informed me that he cheats on his wife, and then robbed me. Oh, and the manager did not give a sh*t about any of it. I hope you all have another option for a ride home, because this place was an absolutely terrible experience.

Rude And Disrespectful

Very rude people. Was cussed and hung up on when I asked them how much it cost for pick up and drop off. Then called the bar to cuss the bartender out.
Their number has been removed from my bar. My patrons can use another company!!!!
