        Overall

        We had no complaints about the product or service. They came when promised and did a great job installing our granite countertops. However, the bill at installation was suddenly $400 more than our original paperwork. I called to inquire and was told we had authorized an additional piece after the order, which was not true. They promised to look into it and contact me back, but I have never heard from them. My suggestion would be to get EVERYTHING in writing and refuse to pay any more than agreed.
