Don't let anyone fool you -- the "re-doing" of this apartment complex is a total sham. It is still just as scummy and run-down as before. Most of the walls in the "updated" apartments don't even have paint -- it's just plastered-on drywall. The management lady is one of the rudest people I've ever met. Maintenance people are great, if the manager actually does her job and lets them know there is an issue. The place is absolute scum, and remember this article? http://illinoistimes.com… -- still applies. Avoid at all costs.
