        Had a family member in this fa...

        Had a family member in this facility for approximately one year. We were initially impressed and quite satisfied with management and the contracted nursing at the location. However, the service began a serious decline. There were numerous issues with the contracted nursing such as mean and rude employees, erratic medication delivery and phone calls never returned. Management was made aware of the issues but chose to do nothing. Management also never returns phone calls. There major concern is filling rooms, not with the quality of service provided. I would NEVER recommend this facility to anyone.
