Do not purchase furniture from this store! Once they have your money they treat you very poorly. We purchased a set of couches for $2,600 dollars. We have children and were talked into purchasing the extra warranty for about 360 more dollars. After several months the seams started coming apart in two areas. After contacting the store in Springdale I was instructed to contact the separate warranty company which I did. I sent in all the information as requested along with pictures, serial numbers, receipts, and descriptions. I never heard anything back. After calling several times each call being transferred, redirected then usually mysteriously disconnected after 30- 45 minutes on hold or speaking to a machine I did give up. Now that was around Nov. My couches are now sagging on half the cushions and with what was once an inch or two tear is now a foot or so on the seams in several areas. The cushion is not its proper shape as a result and they look like thrift store furniture now. My husband has contacted managers and higher up people in the company and they found our complaint from last year. Apparently one of the receipts was just my visa receipt from the store and not there store invoice and that is why they never fixed it and dropped the ball. Even though we were never notified of this. Now we are demanding they either replace my furniture or refund my money since it is no longer a fixable issue.
