        Do not trust your car to these dishonest, rude, arrogant people. I went in to get my breaks inspected and an oil change. I signed an estimate for 34.85 and DID NOT APPROVE OF A VERBAL ESTIMATE. They later called me and told me that a whole bunch of things were wrong with my car and that it would be over $2,000 to get it all fixed. I of course said no to everything exempt the oil change and break pads which I knew that I really needed. They said that it would be $179.99 to do these two things. I went to pick up my car and my bill was over $600. I took my case to the BBB and every action I had with Grismer tire to fix this problem resulted in the Grismer Tire management talking over me and not listening me. They said that in order for me to get my money back they would have to put the old parts back on my car. I asked them to legally prove to me that they would be my old parts and they couldn't. I will NEVER take my car back to Grismer.

        My wife went in there, waited over an hour, and they quoted her over $2000 because both front Axels and the shocks had problems. We said no, went to another place, and they only took 20 minutes to check it out and quoted only $1000. I don't know why they quoted her that much; if it's because she's Asian, or a Woman. The bottom line is I would never trust Grismer Springboro again.

        They did good work on my car, but don't expect friendly service. I had a 10AM appointment for tires and my car was done at 5PM. Good thing I didn't wait. They called to tell me that I needed an alignment for $59 or something like that. Since I was spending over a $1000 for tires that day, I asked if Ryan could work some kind of deal or discount. He said he could drop $10 dollars off the alignment. WOW, what a joke. Lucky for them, their prices were good. In todays competitive environment, you would think they would try a little harder to keep customers.
