On Saturday 11/24/2015, while waiting on the ridiculously long line which only had two cashiers, my phone died. On my phone I had a generic coupon which I had gotten directly from their website for 40% off. When I got to the cashier I showed him my phone had died and asked him if there was anyway they could still honor the coupon so he asked his manager for me. She told him no that I could not use the coupon.. so I had to go back out to my car and charge my phone...then go back and wait on the line again only to pull the coupon up off the website again. Talk about bad business.. the website offers no place to complain about poor service either... I recommend people go to AC Moore or Joanne's instead!
