very poor customer service from girl in the office, does not follow up with credit application, provides wrong information, not interested in selling. however, rest of staff friendly, making the process easy. John very helpful.

I got in and out with a great trailer. The staff was friendly and attentive. The only problem was that their crappy credit card machine that took so long that I decided to stop and just pay cash LOL.

Saw their ad on Craig's list. Looked good in photo. Went by their place in Manor and found just what was in the photo. This is a well built trailer that should give great service for its intended use. We felt very good dealing with Paul Ogrodny who was very straight forward and honest about their product. No pushy sales pitch to buy more trailer than I asked for. Work with me on the price and I'm very pleased with the purchase. I would recommend this dealer to anybody and to my friends.

I have been looking for the right trailer at the right price for months. Everywhere I went I got the runaround. Nobody seemed to want to help me, until I met Paul Ogrodny at Texas Trailer Supply. Paul easily saved me $1000. Paul asked some questions and quickly determined exactly what I needed. Paul had a custom trailer built for me in TWO DAYS! He said it would be ready in 2 days and it was! YOU MUST BUY FROM THIS PLACE! After calling about 25 Different Places around Houston I found Texas Trailer Supply was the least expensive! The quality of the trailers they have are pretty much the same but around $200 less than the others!!!! They have excellent customer service and a full money back guaranty. Why not buy from this place? I bought a 6X12 Utility Trailer.

We will never buy from them. We look at trailers on our side of town, but saw a craig's list add for the trailer man at a much lower price than everyone else. We asked around and most sales people at the other trailer companies said that they always say they have trailers in stock and then when you get there they always say "just sold it this morning, but how about this other that is hundreds more?"



We thought they were just trying to put down the competition.....Soooo we made the 90 minute drive across town (3 hours round trip) to get the trailer Marty said they had. But when we got there they had "just" sold it :( We should have believed their reputation around town.



Needless to say NEVER USE THE TRAILER MAN!!!! They are also known as Texas trailer supply. We got the trailer we were looking for at American Fence in League City who has the best customer service.
