Tailgators Pub & Grill

We did not eat. Got seated and waited and waited and waited. We were there at 230. It was not busy. Over 30 minutes and not one word....smile. in fact it was as almost as if we were purposely being ignored by bartender. We were sitting right in front of her. She walked right by us twice. Needless to say in 49 yrs I have Never had as bad of an experience. We entertain a lot of family and friends who come visit . This will Not be anywhere we will go again. We would rather drive an hour to get waited on.

Went there for late dinner and drinks. Sat at the bar on a crowed night for a Thursday. The service and food were just fine until a waitress named Sarah came to the bar to order drinks started complaining to the bartender about the large crowd in the restaurant. She said "I wish all of these people would get the f**k out of here!" She said it loud enough for anyone around to hear her. My wife reacted by asking me with surprise if I heard what was just said. It is clear that she does not value her job or our patronage with her bad attitude and blatant disrespect. We spoke to a manager who spoke to her. I'm not sure we will ever go back there.

Went there last night with a group of friends. Our waitress was great. The food, not so great. The fish and chips were mediocre at best and the crawfish etouffee was the worst my husband has ever eaten. He said it was very pasty like the roux wasn't cooked long enough and the crawfish were chewy like they came right out of the freezer. We ordered pickles & peppers. When the waitress came out with our food 45 minutes late, she informed us that they had accidentally served our pickles & peppers to the wrong table and asked if we still wanted them or would we like them to take it off our ticket. At that point, I wasn't about to "PAY" for them since our food had already arrived. Good customer service would have brought them to the table FREE OF CHARGE. The women's restroom had a huge gap in the first stall and everyone walking into the restroom could see you sitting on the toilet. They need to do something to cover the huge gap. Someone had tried to make a barrier with toilet paper but the a/c kept blowing it down.
