Grogans Mill Shell Car Care

My dad and mom went here for years and finally had enough of the price gouging and poor customer service. Recently my mom went back in late October to get work done and the manager was awesome and give my mother an excellent price on a alternator and new battery. Not only that he detailed her car at no extra charge for the previous bad service. However is I stopped in Monday to get a quote on my vehicle, I was disappointed to learn that they let go of that manager. From what we've heard about him, he was a bringing back the term "customer service" with a smile. With too many changes in managers, I and my family will not return!!!

My car needed an oil change and I came here & the service and mechanic were very nice and they help me out right away! Im very happy with the work they did! I recommend this place!

Finding a good doctor and a good mechanic are important things to do when moving to a new place. Well I found the mechanic and Cornerstone is awesome! Must use and trust what they say. May not be the cheapest but they are the best when it comes to local owned auto mechanic shops.

Had fuel problems. Went in and they saw me right away. They recommended a cleaning only. they were only able to do part of the cleaning that day because a piece of their equipment broke. They had me come back today to finish. They have integrity and honesty. They didn't want any payment until the job was done. Car runs great again and it didn't cost much for it, and they didn't recommend new parts first! Great job. I will come back again. Just don't let the look of the place fool you!!!

I have been a costumer at Grogan’s for many years, and I have always received great mechanical and customer service. Very friendly and polite people. They have always treated me with out most respect and took care of my car. I have never had an issue with any of my vehicles after their mechanics serviced it, and I have always got a fair rate. Also their gas prices are very competitive with other local gas stations.

Having been to almost every automotive shop in the Woodlands and reading this site I was very annoyed to see so much negativity in the reviews posted. I was recently in the shop after being quoted for an engine rebuild for well over $5,000 by two other "reputable shops" Boy was I wrong. Nick, the guy at the counter let me know that I just needed some small emission parts and a switching valve and my car runs like new! These guys will take care of you or die trying.

Both the Shell and Mobil car care centers on Grogans Mill in The Woodlands offer great car care service and repair. They are located in a shopping center so get car care is very easy. The service men at the shops are very helpful and willing to explain all of the work they want to perform on your car before they do it. That is rare and a great help. I like both of them a lot.
