My cat had crashed with CRF and took her to the clinic on Sunday. They have great hours HOWEVER...the docotr that was working that day (Dr Lott) had horrible bedside manners and spoke to me with zero compassion. She did not take the time to explain medications she waas recommending or how to administer. I had to ask questions as I was not offered any information. She basically wanted to have me pay for a lot of tests without giving me an outcome or a reason to do the tests other than for me to pay them lots of money. While I was in the room with my dying cat she too a personal phone call that included laughter and joking and what seemed to sound like flirtatious conversation. It was really unprofessional and rude. Who does that in the middle of a serious appointment that cost me $270 for BLOOD WORK and medication. (Medicine sold to me without proper instructions)

Other than the hours and being able to go there versus the dreaded emergency room I would NOT recommend this place unless you can see the doctor who owns it. Th last time I went here same thing..they recommended all kinds of EXPENSIVE treatments and surgery that were not needed!! Basically you leave feeling RIPPED OFF.

My best friend's dog died and they treated her terribly.



The Administerator (Elisa Jackman) was so cruel (and yes, she knew that my friend dog had just drowned) that she called me crying so hard I could hardly understand her. Isn't that the time, of all times to be kind?



I know that my friend Cally went above and beyond because she really wanted a good relationship with them - she is all about her dogs.



This Elisa woman was wrong to be so cruel when she was so sad. If that's the type of person you are, my feeling is that you need to get a job like an adminitrative assitiant or work in a law office.



Also, she said that the front told her things over and over, then took it back, the told her, etc. Wait until they lose and animal the love and see how getting knocked around feels.



She's asleep now in my spare bed because she is so tired. I just coudn't rest until I spoke up.
