Great gym with the exception of the manager Jennifer Gentry.

Been a member for over 25 years and my dad whos a police officer has been a member for more than me.

She denied me access to the club because my dad didnt have his new cc info on file to run payment ($30).

In 25 years they have never had an issue getting payment. She refused to let me work out until my dad who was on duty went and paid the $30 yes just $30 at a gym near his police station.

She needs to learn how you treat customers who have been there for over 2 decades. Theres a gym up the road for 9.99 a month... she seriously needs customer service classess!

If you have kids, do not attempt this location. This is my first time here and after driving an hour from home to make the 930 am class. As soon as I get in, the kids club is closed. Really? When I asked why they didn't post anything on the internet the reply i got was I'm sorry we have a lice breakout. No sympathy from the manager. I WILL NEVER COME BACK!!!
