All Pets Health Center opened its doors in September 2007 realizing Dr. Don Pearl and Dr. Michele Prestons dream to provide comprehensive medical and surgical care for animal patients in the Spring Hill, TN area. Dr. Pearl is a graduate of the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine and completed an internship program at (VCA) West Los Angeles Veterinary medical group. All Pets Health Center has a well deserved reputation of providing affordable, top quality medical and surgical care as well as excellent client service. We as a team, strive each day to preserve this reputation.Most diagnostic, surgical, and treatment procedures can be handled within the hospital. We offer many services to our clients and patients.

I have had nothing but great experiences at All Pets Health Clinic with several of my guinea pigs. I love both vets who treat guinea pigs and my little boy Oreo obviously does too as he rumblestrutted for them. They are very knowledgeable and I feel confident in them treating my babies which is a tough goal to reach since I am very protective :-). They also listen to my concerns and allow me to take part in my babies' treatment plan which I truly appreciate after rescuing abused and neglected guinea pigs for 9+ years. I am so glad there are two vets now that I like and trust to help my piggies. They are very caring and treat my little ones with tenderness, even baby talking to them just like I do so of course they won me over immediately! I would encourage anyone with with a dog, cat, or other small animal to go to All Pets Health Clinic.

Great vet and friendly staff!

Dr. Pearl and all of the other staff doctors, as well as the office staff are wonderful and always great to work with. I know that they genuinely care about the well-being of my pets (3 dogs), and are always very honest and fair with me about pricing. I haven't found the prices to be any higher than any other vets in the Nashville area. I definitely recommend this vet hospital - they will take great care of your pets! :)
