All Kids Academy

Nice place thats about it! They low in staff and dont even have their cabinets child proof for kids in the toddler room, knowing thats the age that they are curious about everything. My godson use to come out with bruises, scratches and bite marks. It was to a point my godson looked beat up. I am so happy my niece took him out that place. It was always something new everyday. They have only 1 person taking care of 6 toddlers how is that possible smh! At times the girls didnt even know how he got the bruises like really?! I can keep going about this place. Dont recommend it at all. That 1 star is just is dor how nice the place is. I feel sorry for those staff because they get the blame for it all and its because they dont want to hire more people.

9-8-2016 I had a discussion w/the director Lisa Crossley @ All Kids Academy regarding my concerns w/my grandson @ her facility. When I asked to see video footage she was very argumentative. She wanted me to only ask her staff. After a discussion w/my daughter we decided the next day to remove him from facility. Her skills might be on paper but they are no way reflected in her actions. The next day my grandson kept asking me "Gramy, I never have to go there again, promise me" When I assured him as we were going to his new facility he proceeded to show me why he doesn't like BIG LISA (what children call her). He was poking himself w/his index finger all over his face, he said BIG LISA takes some children in her office & makes them cry & this is how she does it. He showed the new director of his school. He showed the police when we reported to DCF & police. I have a copy of report & that is why I have waited to share the event that took place. I want everyone to know what type of woman is in charge of the facility watching your children. She bullies little children. She has no patience w/children, she tells certain staff to make them cry. This was relayed personally to me from past and present employees too. Lisa told the officer she routinely takes the kids into her office when she needs to speak with them when they get in trouble. Lisa advised to the officer she does "poke" some of the children in a playful manner in order to build a better rapport w/ them. She did state she doesn't do it to maliciously or intentionally cause harm when "poking" any of the children. The police report stated Lisa's office does not have video surveillance inside. Well isn't that convenient for her. I love my grandson and do not want any other child at this facility to have to go through what he continuously talks about still to this day. He calls the school a bad day care, never wants to go back there. I reassure him he will never have to see that place again. Michael is 4 1/2 yrs old
