Vincent Heights Apartments

I just moved in so it is hard for me to rate. The building is very clean and in good condition. It is laid out with the lobby in the center with 3 wings with about 12 apartments on each wing and stairs at the end of each wing and a central stairway. It is 3 stories high. The rooms have a galley kitchen, living room, bedroom, bath, coat closet and a long hall closet that can be used as a pantry and for storage. Before I moved in they painted everything, put in a new rug, new refrigerator and new kitchen cabinets. This is for low income seniors and a few handicapped rooms which have a long waiting list. There are a lot of activities you can attend. My only problem is that I am handicapped, but not with a handicapped room. Walking the long hall or the steps down to the parking lot is difficult for me as I am on the 2nd floor. Otherwise it seems like a nice place.
