Horrible customer service!! For the last two weekends they have messed up our orders. Last weekend they delivered brownies instead of Apple pies. The driver stated his manager said they were out. I was never called to see what I wanted it to be refunded. I called to complain was told the manager would call me back and never did. Today at 2:46pm I ordered and my food delivered at 4:23pm I was missing pizza and the dipping sauce for bread sticks and cinn sticks. ️Spent over 30mins on hold with the Pizza Hut hotline and they were unable to get a hold of anyone at the store. She told me she would send out the pizza and dipping sauce, at no charge. ( however I had already bought them at 2:46) then at 7:34pm my missing pizza was delivered. I received a call from Brenda the manager on duty that I did not pay. I explained and she proceed to argue with me. I told her I have never had any problems until last weekend. She then called me a liar and that the weekend before she delivered the apple pies and with a two liter soda. I told her no because the driver said they were sold out and no one ever called me back. That she had me confused with someone else. She then told me I needed to pay because she has a ticket. I told her I wanted her bosses number and that everyone needed to get on the same page. That's when she told me don't I have caller ID. I told her I'm asking for his number, she had major attitude and obviously can not handle a phone call much less run a store. No professional what's so ever, and continued to disagree and interrupt me when I was speaking. Will never return as long as Brenda is still an employee there.
