Part 1 Feb 2012 Shopping around for a new TV and heard the ad on the radio. It said "shop around dont be sorry", and I will tell you that this place kicks the crap out of the other places. I know that there are those Westinghouses and Vizios that are cheap, but their prices on the Models I have been looking for are WAY better! I Cant stand that Huppins tells you they're local and that gives them the right to over charge you! I purchased a 55" led LG and the sales man showed me the consumer reports and other reviews. Its refreshing that they do home work so they know what the hell they are talking about. Thanks again Matt C. for helping me out! I will send you all my friends to buy from you! part 2 April I made another purchase at video only and wanted to write another review on to YP.com and saw some of the other post that where written. I find the others to be funny because the policy is clear as day. I guess people only want to see what they want. As far as service, its refreshing to see that some one out there is willing take their time to try to earn your business when there are so many other places that you can shop. Matt was the first salesman to help me out but he wasn't there. I ended up with the store manager who was kind enough to take a chair around to a bunch of TV's so they could look and compare. We settled on a couple TV's and (one for living room another for bedroom) and made us a very nice deal. Thank you for taking my old parents around and answering a thousand of redundant questions. You will have all me future tv business. Thanks again!!
I highly recommend Video Only for their phenomenal customer service and for standing by their tremendous product warranty. A week ago my father-in-law purchased a new flat screen for my fiance and I; which promptly shorted out upon installation by the cable company. We were instructed by the Cable installer to exchange the faulty tv for a new one. We took it back to Video Only where John, our service representative, promptly exchanged the tv for a brand new model. Upon connecting the second tv to the cable box, the tv was again shorted and permanently damaged. It became clear the problem was not the tv. We called John at Video Only and he replaced the tv yet again, free of charge. He even replaced our damaged HDMI cable. An electrician was able to find and resolve the electrical short, which turned out to be an improperly grounded outlet in our home. I commend both Video Only and John on not only supplying, but also guaranteeing a high quality product, even when the source of the product failure was not their product.
Fooled by the name when I first saw the store in December, But when I walked in to check it out I was amazed with how man y TV's they had. I was helped out by Matt who showed me around the sales floor. I wasn't ready to buy that day, but He did a great job showing me around. When I came back in a couple months later I talked to Rob. He was very knowledgeable and went top to bottom on the technology. He showed me a couple 55" TV's and settled on a Panasonic. Brought my husband in the next day and because we were purchasing a stand and blu ray player, we were given a bundle deal that was several hundred dollars less than we were quoted elsewhere. Very satisfied with the service that i experienced and surprised by a negative review. I would recommend my friends to shop there!!
