Toby's Battery & Auto Electric

They serviced my engine and it was a great experience. Everyone was really helpful and I really enjoyed my experience here. I was very happy with how honest they all were!

My mother had purchased a battery at this buisness, and she had a very well known local mechanic install the battery. After it was installed, the car had been attempted to be started, with the common sense like everyone does, of turning the key in the ignition. There was "NO" response, and the car didn't start; and the battery had "NO" battery charged power, because it was dead. So, she took it back to Toby's battery today (11- 2- 2016), to an all male of three, behind the counter, that was very rude and unprofessional, while treating a woman with sexual discrimination and hostility; because they sold a battery that was not working. So, if you buy a battery at this buisness, they will take you- if it doesn't work, and then it is your problem; and that buisness is wrong, and you don't want to put yourself in that situation- so shop elsewhere! After she left Toby's, she went back to her mechanic, and he called Toby's; and they told him to "go fly a kite". Now, that that happened, the word in the Spokanes buisness world is going out against Toby's and watch there buisness deteriorate from how they have treated customers and people from other businesses. Tomorrow, I am contacting the Better Buisness Burrow, and I will get results in the making, about Toby's battery. Then I am contacting the maker of the battery, and I will tell them about Toby's battery, whom sell there products and to let the company "Pro- Select" know about the sexist males at Toby's battery and how they take advantage of women, at the buisness;and that is wrong. There is alot of battery stores in Spokane, tons of places: Sears, Costco, etc. Find another place, and keep businesses like this, with no sales, because that will make a sexist to women, rude and unprofessional, that will take advantage of you, buisness go under and not exist; the greatest good for the greatest amount of people.

I came to Toby’s because I had an old fashion radio placed away and wanted to use it for a bomb fire at the beach with friends but needed batteries and I have came in before they received me greatly with a smile and helped me out before. I got what I needed with their help. They are great and friendly! Thanks once again.

Excellent customer service towards me I went in there to purchase my grandmother a battery for her electric car. The retail workers where very friendly and helped me find the exact battery without any problems.

If you go anywhere besides Tobys you may end up very disappointed with the service but at Tobys you will leave happy. The staff is always really helpful and they always answer all of my questions. Thanks for being so great!

I found Tobys Battery and Auto Electric online. I spoke with Toby, who is extremely nice and honest. I had been having intermittent problems with my battery light coming on. I called Toby and he suspected it was my alternator. My car is pretty old so I did not want to spend too much money on a brand new one. He quoted me a great price on a rebuilt alternator. He also stands behind his work with a warranty. I took my car down there, and I was in and out of there in about an hour. He even re-charged my battery. I would definitely recommend anyone to give him a call if you are having electrical problems. He is very knowledgeable, and I will definitely use him in the future.

Yes I would like a new Camero... But really, TOBY'S is the best place for batteries in Spokane. I work with a lot of auto repair shops, and they take their electrical problems to TOBY'S. So this tells me a lot. Now I send my kid's cars there for any electrical challenges.
