    Jabbbbbbbberrr

    Provided by YPmobile

If you're calling to find out rates, prepare to have your ear yammered off. Sales attempts to rope you in all over this one. Haven't been. Maybe my opinion will change if I'm a member, unlikely will be one.

    Very very Poor Management

    Provided by Judy's Book

Good: They have a swimming pool. Bad: Management is terrible. The billing office does not return calls and they continue to bill an inactive account at the same time sending collections after u s when they are simply not billing the correct account. And yet there is no way to communicate with them. I am trapped in the land of OZ and it is a nightmare. We have been members for several years and now I am joining the throngs of the angry ..oh please save yourself. Don't go near this unethical gym!. Improvements: A way to communicate. Improved customer service. Civility. Intelligence.. Other: There is no way I can share how horribly we have been treated. This is just a terrible management system and the customer service is beyond wretched..

    drop the fees

if u dont have a corporate or student ID...u wont save any money...honestly if u where to come in off the street u would spend a total of 258.41 for everything up front and the sales people are too pushy..enrollment fee is from 75-100 dollars then the processing fee is 84.99 and then the first and last months dues are up front...i know alot of people that cant drop 250.00 dollars up front in this ressesion dont wast your time

    This Location Ripped me Off

OZ Fitness is unethical. They sold me, and many others, memberships to a 24-hour gym, collected money, then eliminated about a third of the hours the gym was open but refused to refund any of the money. That's just wrong.

They claim the language of their form contract allows them to do that. Well, it might allow them to cancel an occasional yoga class, take a piece of equipment offline for repairs or slightly adjust pool hours, but it certainly does not allow them to wipe out vast amounts of services they have sold in advance. Even if OZ Fitness' little adhesion contract did say that, under OZ Fitness' theory, they could sell 24-hour gym memberships, then after collecting payments announce that OZ Fitness will be open for only two minutes a day once a year, give no refunds yet suffer no consequences. That sounds more like fraud than a "contract."

I am publicizing OZ Fitness' atrocious behavior only after they refused my repeated requests for a reasonable adjustment based on their eliminating a substantial percentage of the services they sold me. I plan to pursue legal action.

I suggest you STAY AWAY away from OZ Fitness, unless you are willing to give OZ Fitness your money for services they feel no obligation to provide.
