        Very low quality report

        Appraisers seem polite professionally. However, their report reflects several inaccuracies and shows poor research. They might be useful on a cost-only based appraisal, but they can't find FMV in even the simplest of cases.

        Stay Away!!

        Very unprofessional and rude. I'm not into people coming into my house and putting it down. For the money we pay to have appraisals, is a little respect to much to ask for? Thanks for not only charging an arm and a leg for a substandard job but making an already bad day worse. Thanks for nothing fellas!
