Auto Rain Contracting

Employee came out to turn on system --- put two areas on one station and overlooked the one so now my trees have started to die because they are getting no water because auto rain forget to turn that station on. Thank goodness the good Lord has taken over and done his own personal watering because it's obvious this company does lousy work. Called to complain and service manager could have cared less. Time for a new sprinkler repair service company - one who cares about their customers!

Made an appointment for system to be turned on. They gave a 3hr window. Did not show up or call to cancel. Second appointment --- never showed up because 'employee called in sick'. Third appointment was set with a 2 hr window --- never showed up again. Said he came and turned on system but he never showed up when I was home. Lied to company when he arrived at my house. I took time off from work to make sure I was home and stayed 45mins. after he was supposed to be there "just in case" he was running late. No call to cancel or confirm. Can't depend on this company to service system when they say they will -
