Cops: Road rage with gun yields heroin A convicted felon is accused of brandishing a gun during a road rage incident on U.S. Highway 395 that led to the discovery of heroin. Brian L. Sellers, 34, is in jail on felony assault, gun and drug charges after the alleged victims called police about 3:45 p.m. May 3 and said a man in a Toyota was pointing a silver handgun at them while following too close on the highway near Wild Rose Road. Sellers appeared in court Wednesday after police recommended further charges. The caller said the Toyota was following them at 90 mph and was just inches from their rear bumper. Two children ages 1 and 2 were in the back of the caller's vehicle, police said. Police found a baggie of methamphetamine in Seller's 2002 Toyota Tundra. The Tundra is registered to Stephanie Denenny. Police wouldn't comment on her involvement, other than saying she is a person of interest in local drug crimes. A Washington State Patrol trooper and a Spokane County sheriff's deputy stopped Sellers' car and arrest him and a passenger, Michael George Swan, 41. Sellers told police about the gun, which they found sitting on the passenger-side floorboard with a loaded magazine next to it. Sellers is on Department of Corrections probation and has several felony convictions, including first-degree theft and forgery, which prohibit him from possessing weapons. The victim said she saw the Toyota driving erratically and trying to pass her before the driver exited and tried to stop her. She drove away, but Sellers followed and motioned with his gun for her to pull over, according to court documents. A search with a K-9, Jet, revealed a digital scale with 84.6 grams of black tar heroin.

My husband and I love sushi and have gone to every place in the Washington/Idaho area that we know of that makes sushi, and this place by far surpasses them all! It is not much to look at from the outside, but it is probably one of Spokane's best kept secret. You walk in and this family owned restaurant is casual, but so friendly! We have gone there 4 or 5 times since we found out about it about a month ago and they remembered us from the very first time we came in. It is a husband, wife and their family, they are all about the quality and perfecting the art of sushi making. He gets his fish fresh twice a week from seattle and can make any sushi/sushimi roll or Nigiri roll that you can think of. He is so creative and puts so much time into making sure even the smallest of details is perfected! It is truely entertaining to watch him make his little pieces of art. They have good relaxing music playing in the background and since it is so new and not well known yet, it is very nice not to be crowded or have to wait long periods of time for your food. I would much rather spend my money on a well run family owned business who is just doing it because they love it and are trying to make a living rather then going to one of these big restaurants in town that make your food as fast as they try to get you out so that they can get more people in. I strongly recommend trying it and guarantee you will want to go back and tell everyone you know about it. There is other food as well that is really good, all made with fresh ingredients for the people who aren't so big on sushi. You wont be dissapointed.
I've been to a number of pizza buffets and left thinking ...if that's the pizza they sell "non-buffet" to their customers ...how do they stay in business..in other words...When it is buffet style, I understand that the number of toppings may not be the same as if ordering a pizza by itself....but not this place!...The quality is incredible!....Their chicken (which is included in the buffet)..is to die for!...The salad bar, in itself is a meal!.....If you are looking for a service oriented restaurant, this is not the place...it's self service.....hence the $7.99 buffet price!...I hope they don't change what they're doing....I've recruited atleast a dozen others and we try to make it there at least once a week!.....Highly Highly recommend this place!
