        beware

        Spent over $11000 on new windows and doors and was unhappy with how this company conducted it self. Poor customer service. company did not keep to schedule agreed upon and did not offer any compensation. wasted my time waiting around for them. could have done better job of interior re-trimming. Would advise for people to look around more than I did for alternative company's. Will say that I had warranty issue with installed door, company responded fast to correct issue.

        Needs a Shower!

        Have a broken shower enclosure, took the frame out to thier shop to get a replacement, was told they had to send someone out to look at it and take measurements. Had the estimator come out and look at it, he called me with a price 4 days later, I told him great go ahead lets get it fixed. Was told it would take about a week to get the parts and then someone would be out to fix it. Over 3 weeks later I hadn't heard back from anyone so I called them to see what was up and after some digging the found a record that someone was out to look at it but then nothing past that. No parts were ordered, no plans to do repairs nothing. I would not recommend them if you're looking to actualy get anything taken care of.
