Mirabolante Apartments

When I moved in here, I moved into an unused apartment.

The apartments look nice at first glance, but once you live here, you realize how poorly they are built. The smaller bedroom in the two bedroom/ two bath apartments has a small closet to begin with, and then a water heater takes up half of that space. Very poor design.

The floors creak like the building is decades old. The AC unit is in the living room and the cool air does not even nearly reach either of the two bedrooms. The bedrooms act like ovens with this design.

Because the AC unit is so far away, I often opened my bedroom window to try to let in cool air from outside. However, because there are very few smoking rules (None of them actually enforced), I had countless times where smokers would smoke just outside my window and the smoke would come right into my bedroom and settle for up to an hour.

The management do not care if you smoke or not. They place smokers in the same building as non-smokers. Smokers are allowed to smoke inside their apartments, which means if the smokers have their windows open, the smoke floats into all nearby open windows.

Smokers are also allowed to smoke on their patios, regardless of whether or not their nearby neighbors smoke.

It is disgusting.

The management all day they are working on something to improve the conditions for non-smokers, but nothing actually gets done. Once the manager named Mike left, there remained no more decent managers.

I even contacted Rudeen Management, the company who hires the managers for this complex, a couple of times. They were just as good at avoiding action and making empty promises. True politicians.

If you smoke and don't care whether anyone else breathes in your poison, this is the place for you. Otherwise, avoid Mirabolante Apartments at all costs.

Moved in just under a month ago into a 2bdrm 2 bathrm and love it! The carport has been a lifesaver this winter! Awesome floor plans, very spacious, BIG closets. Affordable is the big thing. And for everything they offer here well worth it. They have a closed off dog park that my chocolate lab Charlie needs. I've never seen that offered at any other property before. The office workers are lovely people that help at the drop of a dime. The repair men are also very professional and very quick. My neighbors (that I have met) are some of the nicest people I have encountered in a very long time! I completely encourage everyone to look at this place if you're looking to move to the valley.

Parking isn't the greatest, but at what apt. Is parking really that great? I agree the construction on these are definitely not the best. But the repair men that work here are the best I've encountered while living in apartments for some time. I have never had an issue with things being fixed promptly and correctly. The heavier set repair man is an awesome guy goes above and beyond for us everytime. Winter time is kind of stressful as the plowing of the roads here is awful, but side walks and entrances are always shoveled and taken care of. All in all not a bad place to live whatsoever. what the buildings lack in amenities it makes up for with good professional service, which is more then enough for me!

If you want to park at Lowe's or Walmart and walk over to your apartment, or listen to your neighbor going to the bathroom, or slip on icy walkways, then this is the apartment for you! Worst construction I have ever seen. Cheap appliances. Horrible management that doesn't want to work with you on repairs that need to be done (due to poor construction), no speed bumps for safety, and when the parking lot finally got plowed during the winter, they put the excess snow in open parking spots, leaving that much less space for residents to park. We replaced blinds and even patched up the holes from our TV mount (perfectly flush) and we were still charged with over 5 hours of extra work after we moved out (at apparently $35/hour), which included new blinds, even though we have pictures and receipts proving we replaced them. Literally THE WORST apartment I have ever lived in and would not recommend it to anyone!!

I lived in this apartment for a year. When i moved out i was slapped with a $400 bill. I took pictures of everything i cleaned and apparently it didn't matter. i was charged for things that weren't broken and for thongs that they deemed not clean enough. guess if you want to live here you had better be a clean freak. No speed bumps with people flying through the parking lot. no amenities for children at all. not a family or really pet friendly establishment. Terrible customer service from the managers and Rudeen Management.

DON'T MOVE HERE. I moved into one of newest buildings here and it was all good at first but then started to realize how many corners they cut while building these things. Management is useless when you need them to do something for you. Parking is a nightmare. If you only have 1 car that's fine as you get one carport. But if you don't have a carport and coming home after 5 good luck with that. They say they're going to tow cars that haven't moved in months, but that still hasn't happened. They plow snow into open spots reducing parking even more in the winter. Parking lot never got de-iced. It was like an ice skating rink all winter. You can hear literally EVERYTHING your neighbors are doing. You can hear people walking up and down the stairs outside. Dumpsters overflow on a weekly basis. Everything has to get washed (clothes, dishes, whatever) on the heaviest setting or else they won't get clean. I could go on for days. Counting down the days till my lease is up.

Location is the only good thing here. Management micro manages, felt like we were always being watched. We have kids & got in trouble for side walk chalk on OUR patio & some on the main sidewalk, yet there are BBQ’s chained to posts & a shopping cart on another. If you have more than one car per family, be prepared to fight for additional spots. There are people here who have additional cars, they don't use, taking up spots the rest of us can never park in. Snow removal is bad, plowed extra snow into open spots. They also don’t “dirt” the road often, stays slick. Night security has harassed me as well as my neighbor. Appliances are terrible. Dishwasher didn't dry, clothes washer was stinky even after bleaching. Garbage bins overflow all weekend. Pet owners don't pick up dog crap (we did 4 ours). We cleaned & got a 3rd of our money back, (took pictures of before we moved out) also charged us for additional 5 days power/water. After contacting management company, we did get money back.

If you want to park at Walmart or Lowes and walk to your apt,this place is for you.If you like hearing people pee in the other apt its for you. I have been in const.most of my life and these are the cheapest, corner cutting apts I have ever seen.Also, absolutely no parking unless you have but 1 car per apartment. Pretty sure the parking lot does not coinside with Spokane Valley City code. Do yourself a favor and keep looking.

They poorly made and you will have to call the repair man all the time who is a nice guy but the manager is a jerk and when u try to tell him somthing about the apartment he practical hangs up on you spend more and live at peace instead of constant stuff to repair.

Low quality appliance.. Build very sloppy. Cheap feeling.. Management is terrible. They micro manage everything and you feel like a guest in your own home. The layout of the place is different and we liked it. Way over priced for the quality you are receiving. Would highly recommend not living here.
