        So-so quality on product lines, overpriced. Slow sales staff, shoes and boxes scattered about the shoe area. Several 'mom and pop' places were happy to honor OR residents sales tax exemption. Dick's was happy to tell us they would not but were happy to insist we sign up for their 'club card'.
