Spartanburg Emergency Dental Care

At first I was pleased with the receptionist and the dental hygienist . The dentist came in , changed my whole outlook on this practice. He did not introduce himself, explain what he was going to do or anything. Just looked at the X-ray and said " yea, we can do that " and walked out. He came back to numb me up said hello , walked out to give the meds a few mins to do the job. When he returned I informed him that I was not numb, so he gave me more meds and had to go so 3-4 more times before he could begin. He then started working on attempting to pull my tooth. At no point and time during the two hours I was sitting in this chair did he tell me what was happening, what he was doing , nothing at all come from his mouth or the dental hygienist until I asked what was going on. Then I had to ask him to stop twice because I could once again feel pain , and mind you I know the difference between pressure and pain when a drill is bring drilled into your tooth and you have no idea what the hell is going on. At the end of this horrific journey I informed him I was in pain again and he did not stop. I do understand that the tooth had to come out but when you have had to administer numbing meds several times already and you have been at it for 2 hours , don't take it out on the patient because I promise I was just as ready to get the hell outta there as you was. He didn't even tell me he finally got the tooth out !! Asked if I was allergic to any meds and left the room never seen him again .. As far as check out to the receptionist never asked if I was ok nothing at all but handed a script and that was it.. I wouldn't take my dog there !!! This is the worst office ever !!!!
