Rude beyond. You would think they work at a Gucci store. Total rip off. New with tag free people and rock revival. What a joke for an offer. Sell you items in ebay or donate them. You will come out ahead after you spend time watching them drool over the items they want to downgrade so they can afford to buy them for themselves.

Thus place is stupid and has rude and lazy ass people I will never be back there I went there to sell some clothes to get money to feed my baby's and they were lazy and rude of it all couldn't even look at stuff I bright

The girl was very rude who took my clothes. Everytime I go to Spartanburg they don't take my clothes or take very few but yet when I take them to Greenville, they take every piece of clothing. When I went to Spartanburg this past time, she took a shirt and didn't even give me the money!! I have went to Spartanburg several times because I thought maybe they were just having a bad day but its happened at least 3 times. They're rude and I will not be going back. I will drive 45 minutes to Greenville from here on out.

First and last time I will be coming to this place to sell my clothes. I had a charlotte Russe short and a pants, Hollister pants, and a aerocombie pants. They were gonna give me $2.80 for my charlotte Russe short. Like seriously? I told them straight up no deal. I would be stupid if I said deal. Smh this place is so disappointing!

Seriously so rude. I used to love the greenville location and was thrilled when spartanburg opened. The customer service is just plain awdul. I have never been in the store and not been treated horribly, given rude looks, and felt as if they were talking bad about me. I'm not sure if it's due to the young age if employees but the company should be ashamed. Not to mention I bring high dollar brands only to always be rejected, yet when I look around the stuff I brought is in much better condition than what they're selling. I'll be driving to greenville if I ever use Platos again.

This store is run by bimbo teens that wouldn't know anything about fashion. If it slapped them in the face. They offer you the absolute lowest prices and they judge based on your looks. I can come there with 40 articles of clothing and they offer me 15-20 dollars for it.... that's less that a dollar a shirt.. and then they sell it for 10$-18.... this is a terrible business. AND NO MATTER HOW MANY REVEIWS WE WRITE... THEY'LL NEVER IMPROVE

I will never go back to this store again. The customer service was awful. They were very rude and made comments about everyones clothing. When people would leave yo could hear them talking about them and when they were going through clothes they would laugh and joke about the clothes people brought in. They were just over all rude and i will not shop here ever again. The only reason i gave them one star was because you have to to post a comment i would have not other wise.

Will never go back brought a bunch of stuff that I don't wear anymore & they told me bs that my clothes were too old but I got them last summer. Also some my shirts had stains on it that was a lie some shirts still got tags on or only wore them once & still look brand new. Plus the stuff in there had stains on it & had some dirty shoes. Just bad customer service

Absolute worst business in Spartanburg. Bought and sold here both terrible experiences. I brought in a pair of express dress pants worn one time and a pair of BASS loafer type shoes that had never been worn with tags still on them. They offered me $12 and some change. While shopping shortly after I looked up the cost of those shoes, over $100. The pants at least $60. I tried to get the shoes back to sell privately maybe 15 minutes after sold them to the store, and they were no help whatsoever. I ended up buying the back at the store price. Then I bought a pair of American Eagle shorts in the 36 section with a 36 tag on it. I went home washed them and went to put them on to find they were a size 30. Still within the 7 day return policy I bring them back to find out I can't return them because I had taken the tag off( to wash them). The response I got was great, the girl at the counter tells me I can sell them to the store. So a pair of shorts mis-tagged that I paid $18 for I can now get probably less than $6 of my hard earned money back. Needless to say I will be going to corporate about this, the entire situation is absolutely ridiculous. Customer service is horrible and management is even worse. Not one employee was willing to help or offer any kind of solution. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. I give one star because leaving it blank is not an option.
