        when they car dealers will do what they can to get you to come in to the dealership this one has them all beat during covid19 virus really sad

        I recently bought the 2016 Tacoma from Dave Edwards Toyota used after I signed the papers I realized I was being charged over $1,500 more than the price I was quoted and on top of that they added a warranty that I didn't ask for $3200 I've got the warranty refunded but the salesperson basically laughed in my face and said that I signed the papers so the price that I signed for is the price I'm being charged will never go back there I got lucky because my wife was about to buy a brand new SUV from there now she will be going anywhere but Dave Edwards Toyota

        If you are considering Dave Edwards for service, I urge you to reconsider. They have had numerous chances to deliver quality service, which I have rarely received. This site has very limited text entry. See my complete review on DealerRater.



        Last week, I made an appointment for detailing and 25,000 mile service (tire rotation/inspection). I arrived yesterday at 7:40am and asked for the shuttle. I was informed that it had just left and would be back soon. After 35 minutes, it returned … with breakfast for the employees! The shuttle is provided for CUSTOMERS! I was 30 minutes late for work because the employees wanted breakfast. When I got the car, it was STILL DIRTY! For $187 I expect it to be SPOTLESS. During checkout, the cashier asked the shuttle driver to go get her a milkshake.

        Overall

        No customer loyalty after buying new from them, they will try to squeeze every dollar they can from you especially once your warranty is done. They ripped me off, but I won't be back . I have had much better luck dealing with three different dealerships in the area.
