        Overall

        One of the few computer people I called who sounded like they knew what they were talking about and would be able to repair my computer quickly and at a reasonable price. He explained the problem in layman's terms, asked the right questions and explained exactly what he would do to fix my computer. When I got my computer back, all my data was there and the computer ran as fast as the day I bought it.
