They need to add in options inthe recording of if calling for address to send payment press option to pick that so you can get info without waiting till next day or 2 incase of lost slip. Also more then please leave a msg as if it’s a house phone.

They were ok for a bit but unbelievably unprofessional woman that answers their phone. Tries to treat you like a criminal when you ask her questions. I live in Sparta and recommend herringtons out of Rockford. Can't believe they keep her employed.

The previous owner of our house used them. They left their bin (full of trash) I called and left three messages without a call back. My wife gets them on the phone just before we left for a trip & they claim to have just received the previous owners cancellation. She says they'll pick up the bin in two weeks. Three weeks later, it's still here. We call and call, finally get them on the phone. She tells my wife that she just got the cancellation notice a couple days prior. My wife tells her we were told three weeks ago that they had gotten it, she replies, "No, you're wrong, I have it right here in my paperwork" She didn't buy that story. The woman says, "You don't have to be so rude about it." Then hangs up the phone. My wife calls back several times in a row. Nothing. I call from my phone, she answers. She says they'll come pick up the bin on Tuesday. They pick up the bin, but throw a bunch of the trash onto our other bin, the one that we pay for.

I have used the company for years and have had no problem at all. I called the office because we were going to be it of town for a while and the young woman on the phone could not have been kinder. There prices are pretty reasonable and they do not raise it in large amounts either.

Switched from Allied Waste 3 years ago and never looked back. I've saved hundreds. I wouldn't ever switch back to Allied Waste

Blue Water is the best trash removal anyone could experience. if they shut your service off, because you didn't pay your bill, well that is you, not them..pay your bill and service resumes right directly your next scheduled pick up. I love them. NEVER complained as to how much I cram in my container, or what I put in it, or how much I set out side it or on top of it.EXCELLENCE..all the way around.

I cannot begin to explain how HAPPY we have been with our service through the years. Every time I call (which is very rare) usually when I'm going to have an extra bag out, I am greeted with the same familiar voices. It seems that our world has come to people who only leave bad reviews online anymore to try and ruin a good reputation of a company. Kind of guessing those people have not paid in order for trash to not be picked up! Think about that for a second, no trash company purposely does not pick up to not get paid. My trash is ALWAYS picked up in cedar Springs every single Tuesday night (early Wednesday morning) I can tell you we've never once had any issue on our account or with the service EVER! It bothers me tremendously reading nasty reviews for someone to get a few seconds of "feel good" to post something so bad to try and ruin a company who is amazing and have been around for a very long time. I'll never switch to another company. 100% Rating from the Johnson Family in Cedar Springs keep up with the good work

I am absolutely thrilled with the service I receive. Monthly charges are very cheap. Always same time every week. If I forget to put trash out, they always go out of there way to swing by and pick it up for me. Great trash company.

We have used them for 13 years, have never thought about switching. Fair price, minimal increases over the years, I do not see a need to switch!
