        not as good as it once was

        Having attended Rail City Casino for many years we look forward to fun times there but they are over. Got up at three A.M. and took our box of quarters to play and have breakfast before the smoke gets too heavy. The players club desk doesn't open until eight so we couldn't cash in credits for breakfast which, with tip, cost us $20 for two (mediocre coffee $1.75). Went to the cashier's window to get paper money for the quarters only to be informed that there is a charge of 10%. Give me a break! Where do you want to go to lose $10.00 instantly on a hundred?

        Terrible's Rail City Casino located in Sparks, Nev., is owned and operated by Herbst Gaming. The full-scale gaming casino, with alehouse and two restaurant operations, is part of Herbst Gaming's 14 properties in Las Vegas, Henderson, Pahrump, Reno, Sparks, Nev. and three casinos in St. Joseph and LaGrange Mo., and Osceola, Iowa.
