Overall
Do not take your child here for swimming lessons!

my mother signed my 5 year old up for swimming lessons here.. she specifically asked the manager about children going into the deep end after witnessing my brother more than 30 years ago being thrown into the deep end during lessons and the lady assured her that they do not let the kids go near the deep end let alone let then jump in or be thrown in.the first lesson went okay I was a little bit leery about the distance between the swim coach and my son in the pool.. my son seemed to have enjoyed himself and was happy. However a week later, the second day my son has ever had a swim lesson..I walked him into the pool area and his coach whom looked about 17 or 18 didn't seem so pleasant this time and sternly told my son to go grab a kickboard. My son has never used a kick board had no clue what one was let alone where to get one.my little boy was so eager and excited to be there then the kid repeated himself in a tone as if my son was disobeying him.. I told my son where to go grab a kickboard and realized that we left his goggles in the car.he got in the pool with his swim coach and I told him I was going to go get his goggles out of the car. I was gone less than 3 minutes and when I returned to the pool.. I saw them standing by the deep end. The coach was on one side of this squared jump thing and my son was on the other side.I noticed he already had goggles on and I started to walk over to where they were and he told my son to jump in.I thought for sure he would jump in right after him or my son had some flotation device I didn't notice but when I finally got there about 5 seconds later.. I realized he had jumped in without anything and at that same moment the coach jumped in and got him. when he came up thank God he was okay but seemed a little bit disturbed of course.I did not want to freak my son out and make a scene.. so I sat there for a couple minutes to make sure he was emotionally okay which he seemed fine and I ran into the bathroom and called my mom hysterically crying.. when I came back out there was another little girl having private lessons also with a female coach.. the girl looked to be about 7 or 8 years old was in the middle of the pool swimming a whole lap and seemed to be getting tired and struggling a little bit and the coach was literally shouting so loud that it was echoing off the walls..telling her to keep going and what to do with her body. I cannot believe her father watching from across the pool was allowing this and I felt like I was in some kind of Twilight Zone. I walked out to the front desk to try to speak to a manager and there was nobody there. I noticed a schedule that said that they are closed on Friday and since it was Friday I figured that these two morons were the only people running the place that day for private lessons. seeing this happen to my son has caused me a lot of emotional distress. I have nightmares of him drowning and I don't feel safe with him being anywhere without me including school. I'm sure that this incident has caused more damage then I can see yet.. hopefully more for me than him.

Overall
employees not great

The workers there aren't polite. There's an employee who's always on her phone. Taking pictures of herself and texting. She's a lifeguard? her name is Megan. She shouldn't be allowed to Do that while working especially with kids.
