Mountain Vistas Mobile Home Park-Office

My husband and I rented there 2different times and never had any issues. Rent is good. No pool or showers but laundry ok. We would return now but they are full. The owner is fair as long as you follow the rules. The manager has been there for about 18 months now and does a nice job. Location is great. Follow the rules, pay your rent on time and everything is ok.

The owner is a rude pompous thinks he's better than everyone JERK. The denied my elderly moms application to live there said she didn't make enough money, she a widowed spouse with over $1100. A month income, she pays almost double where she lives now she has never been late on her rent, the owner would like to see $1200. A month income, he asked me if she has car ins, how does she pay to put gas in her car, how can she make it on $1100. I laughed at him and said we would want u as our landlord I can tell you that.

these guys take slumlord to a whole other level, i rented there for 6 months, the last month i rented i fell behind one month rent and without warning they not only seized my rv wich i owned but they took me to court and seized all my belongings too be ware renting from these crooks
