        Overall

        Called to get an appt. Gave phone number, name, etc. No one called back. Waited about 2 weeks, then called again and scheduled an estimate, waited 1 hour with no call, no show. I even called and receptionist, said "I'm sure he's on his way". Really annoying!!!??
