Enterprize 88 is an in-home appliance repair shop and more. Mainly, we provide warranty work for most leading appliance manufacturer's* . We also service appliances no longer covered, at affordable rates. Some of the other services we provide include refurbished appliances for sale at inexpensive prices (IE: refrigerators, freezers, dryers, washers, ranges, stoves, water heaters and more.) All come with a warranty on parts and labor. Enterprize 88 also gives back to the community by running a free metal recycling program, just give us a call, we will come pick up and recycle any of your old appliances (whether you had them serviced by us or not) for no charge! With 25 years in business behind us we are continuing to set the mark for appliance repair in our area and look forward to working with you.

First, check out the Better Business Bureau score!! They gave it an F for good reason. Three weeks ago, I called them to repair my front loading washer. They charged me $65 for an $18 dollar part, and $200 for the 10-15 minute visit. I was glad to pay it, because every gal needs her washer! But the part was faulty. They said they would replace it free of charge, but it's been THREE weeks! They have cancelled and simply not shown up for multiple appointments. I went to the office to ask for a refund, since they clearly don't intend to fix my washer, and the owner of the place barked "THAT's not going to happen!" His repairman is more polite, but also inappropriate. He bragged to me about killing another customer's pet, which made me feel very uncomfortable.
Unfortunately, sometimes only half stories are told. I remember Michele, a very difficult customer in deed. We tried to schedule her in many times, and she was not able to be home. As for a part mark up, you may find parts cheaper online, but we don't know the creditability of those sights and you may have to pay shipping and other fees not aforementioned. We buy direct from parts distributor. Not going to lie, we do mark up parts. Just like you pay $20 for a $7 steak at the steakhouse, you pay more for your parts when they're coming with service, that is something every parts/ serviced based business does, not just us. It is most unfortunate that Michele is so bitter, but I can assure anyone reading this that our customer service is above par and need not be afraid to call. P.S. The BBB is a scam, once you have a bad review, they want you to pay them money to improve it, the more money you pay, the better they will make you look. The rating is not based on customer service, but on how much money a business gives the Better Business Bureau.
