The July To-Do List »
Use YP's sizzling summer checklist to pack in as many backyard barbecues, family trips, and memorable outings as you can before the kids head back to school.
I had my parents in town for thanksgiving and after having turkey the past couple days we decided to go out for dinner. Oh boy ...here we go... My dad is a very picky eater, but totally loved Cinco DeMayo! I live up in Michigan so the location on Alexis road was perfect for us. The waitress was very nice and we got our food before i could get half a beer down. We could not believe it. We were expecting to have to wait on such a busy weekend. I have only been there four or five times but the food and everything was great every time. Sometimes the holidays can be stressful, but you made everybody happy. As usually you have big enough portions that everyone had more than enough to eat and the bill for four people was only $54 with an app. and drinks! Thanks again. I will definitely make you my new favorite place to go. See you soon, Hero
If you like your prime rib slow roasted to perfection then this is the place to go! I asked for a king size cattlemans cut that wasn't on the menu. I could STILL cut that slab of beef with my FORK. The broiled scallops and the pork chops are also top notch. Table service was 5 stars. Never had an empty glass or dirty dish left on the table. For some reason the decor doesn't exactly match the name "Lee" as you might think it would. The wall hangings are retro Italian. No music was playing at the time of my visit. Try it once and you'll be wanting to go back before a week is up! This is NOT A CHINESE RESTAURANT. Not one single Chinese dish on the menu. Two nice cuts of Filet Mignon, a NY Strip steak and Prime Rib along with fresh seafood and some chicken and pork.
New Name… New Owners… are bringing back traditional Thai dishes at competitive prices. I’ve ate at many, many Thai restaurants over the years, and the new Toledo Thai is above par compared to the rest. The Tom-Yum soup was very good, the spring roll was fresh, I had the Pad-Cashew with white rice, the veggies were fresh, and the rice was light and fluffy. My dinner guest had the Pad-su-eew, and commented that it was delicious. I also shared a fried dumpling that was also good. You’ll have to “rediscover” this local Toledo Thai bistro for yourself. I have dined-in and carried-out at the new Toledo Thai and have always enjoyed it. The new owners and staff are friendly and the cooks are doing a great job.
