The customer service at this Costco is substandard. I had to beg not just one but two people at the "customer service" desk to have my 2% rewards check resent, as I had yet to receive it. Not only was it like pulling teeth to get them to agree to do their job, but also I found from a corporate customer service agent that they failed to even request that service. I have been a Costco member for nearly a decade and I, until now, had not seen such poor customer service as I have seen at this Costco. Congratulations on the fresh new raise. However, Costco Southlake employees should at least try to earn it.
