Lets start off by saying that Mary NP is the best. She is super nice and makes you feel at ease. She is the only reason I am coming to this clinic. The front staff is rude and they all need to be briefed on customer service skills. I did nothing but sign in and the attitude is unbearable. You are getting paid to work so, work. Do not treat patients like an inconvenience to your chat session. When a patient asks a question, answer it without a condescending attitude. Yes, I asked you because I do not know the answer. The front desk staff is the first a patient has interaction with and this represents the clinic. The Medical Director there should really take notice of all the other reviews about the front staff. Otherwise, Mary the NP gets 5 stars. I do have to say that I did talk to one receptionist that answered the phone and she was very nice and when I called for lab results the Medical Assistant was nice.
