For those of you who are happy with this company... Im happy for you. Me personally I can't get through on any one of the 20 numbers they have given me. Its rare that I get paid on time, Ive went as long as 5 months without a check, Very unprofessional business, all the ladies in the office do is come to work to try to look cute... tight dresses weave to the floor and an overload of make up and who is over 18 that works there? Probably nobody....Kids.. playing with my money, Im still waiting on a return call as Im typing from 6 days ago. If this wasnt my family I was taking care of I would definitely be done. If your thinking of employment through UHHC please think again

I am grateful for the United Home Help Care team because it allows me to take care of my love one and provide a income. Caring for a love one can be hard when the bills are constantly coming in, but now I can focus on giving the needed attention to my love one and not fear answering the phone "Thinking the bill collector is calling" uhhc reduce the stress.

As I read these reviews I’m wondering what these other people are talking about. I love the staff and how friendly and professional they are. It feels like I’m with family when I walk into the office and everyone greets me by name. It makes me feel good to know that I’m not just a dollar sign to them. Any time I need to know something or have a question there is always someone to answer it, if I leave a message they always get back to me. I actually have multiple people with them and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

I really hope you guys are talking about the same United Home Help Care is I am, because from my experience I haven't experienced any of the negative things that were said. I actually saw one of their commercials and called I am currently getting paid to take care of my brother and Grandma. I'm pretty sure they have hundreds of clients, so when it comes to retuning phone calls, I have no problem what so ever. I went from not getting paid anything at all, I had no income to pay the rent, utilities etc. because I had to stay home but now I'm getting paid a very good amount to do what I love.

I have had the hardest time contacting this agency. After providing vital information it seems that it is extremely difficult to get in contact with a live person. Once you do the person sound like who you've spoke to previously. I wondered about the company exercising integrity and adhering to HIPAA. I will not attempt to utilized their services and will be monitoring for fraud or abuse.

I don't know what all yall talking about but I NEVER had a issue with United. I didn't know anything about this program and I was doing this for free for my mom who became really sick all of a sudden. Yall SOUND real ghetto fabulous and ignorant. They always help me and I had an emergency and the lady that do checks even paid me earlier then what she was supposed to just to help me so I don't agree with these comments. Yall don't like it so much go somewhere else I'm sure they not begging to keep ignorant people anyway! Don't nobody wanna deal with that....girl bye!!!

united home help care is a very good company... they have educated me on how to get paid while helping my grandmother in her age. give them a try...

THEY NEVER ANSWER, I GOT A CALL RETURNED 4 MONTHS LATER, THEY CAN NEVER ANSWER A DIRECT QUESTION. CUSTOMER SERVICE/SUPPORT SUCKS! THEY HAVE A BILLION NUMBERS FOR THE SAME 5 PEOPLE WORKING IN THE OFFICE. STRAIGHT GHETTO FABULOUS!!! I should have never worked for this company

i need to find out if anyone has the EIN for this company for i am not sure if i am going to be getting my 1099 or not. if anyone could help i would greatly appreciate it alot.. thanks

United home help care is very unprofessional client managers r rude staff is rude i can run a small business better then that especially on payday the person that is in charge of payroll is slow dont know wat she doin very rude to many complaining i think the state should review them

Unprofessional!!! All BAD!! Need more business skills!! customer service very poorD!! Cant get checks on time give you the run around.. who does direct deposits on PAYDAY!! Don't have plans or especially if a BILL is due that Day on You made arrangements!! You will be HIT!! Im very PISSED OFF!!
