Southfield City Urgent Care

My visit was January 03, 2019. The entire staff was dressed and acted very professionally they were kind and caring to not only me but all the patients.As a retired Health Care Professional I am acutely aware of these things. They all did their tasks well. Diana, Raven, and special thanks to Renita. Peter Matty, PA was excellent he listened to my concerns he was very thorough and he discussed Plan of Care with me. Discussed outcome Very thorough.

My best experience at a Drs office ever! The nurse Sadaf and Dr Bolina were great!!!!! Two of the most nicest and caring people in the world. I'm making this my new pcp!!!!!

Excellent service. Excellent doctor! He listened to all my concerns. Gave me a breathing treatment. We were very impressed with the professionalism of the doctor and the entire staff.

I went in for a persistent cough that I've had for a almost a week, $90 later, I walk out with a prescription for an inhaler??? I had to REQUEST a script for the cough!!!! Waste of TIME, waste of MONEY!!! Front desk receptionist was unprofessional (my kind way of saying idiot), Physician was also 'unprofessional'...stay away!!

I went to the urgent care Facility on Southfield Rd in Southfield, MI on September 5, 2014. The doctor at this urgent care was terrible. I told him my symptoms which was GYN related and he never performed the necessary exam. He just gave me some antibiotics. This was a waste of time because I had to go to my GYN doctor on September 8, 2014. My doctor diagnosed my issue which should have been diagnosed by the urgent care doctor. Please do not go here.

I took my children here today, they both complained about sore throats. When we walked in the receptionist told me our insurance was not active. I quickly contacted the insurance company and found out she was incorrect. I should have left then. I told her the coverage was active, she checked again and suddenly she could see the coverage was active. We finally had a chance to see the doctor, but he barely looked at them. He said they were both perfectly fine. This visit was a complete waste of time. After this appointment I contacted our regular doctor to find out if they could squeeze us in, which they did. My son was very sick and needed medication. Thank God for real doctors because this guy is going to send someone to their grave.

I wouldn't go back here if I was on my last breath. Unprofessional nurses and doctor. The doctor had no idea what he was doing. I was in the worst pain he wasn't kind or caring. I shouldve went with my first mind and drove to West Bloomfield. Very out dated. nurse wore exact gloves for my procedure going in and out of the door. This is the 5th procedure i have had and this was the worst. I couldnt take the pain anymore i asked the doctor to stop he said "fine" and stormed out. Leaving the nurse to pour chloride over my wound instead of wiping it and putting a bandage over my wound instead of gauze. DO NOT GO HERE

For this to be a urgent care i was the only person their, they only have one person working,the place is very out dated, the doctor really don't know what he is doing I wouldn't trust them with my life, I would not trust this urgent care at all Providence is right down the street, I'll go their before I go here, this place need too be shut down.

very good place. I have been few times and have very good experience. I have seen this doctor from last year who is very friendly and made me comfortable every time I am there. I have also taken my kids there and were quickly taken care of. staff is very respectful too. I would highly recommend using them.

This place was terrible; I will never be going back. There are many problems with this place, but the biggest one of all is they prescribed me medicine that I am allergic to! There are only two medicines that I am allergic to and I told them both of them. I did not realize it was the wrong one at first because I was so sick I didn't bother reading the label. But after throwing up, blacking out, being so dizzy, and many other problems, I read the label and realized I was allergic to the medicine. When I first got to the clinic I was the only patient and only one other patient showed up while I was there, yet it took them 1 1/2 hours to get me out of there. I have had better and quicker care in doctors offices that were full of patients. None of the ladies knew what they were doing, nor did the doctor. All any of them did was gossip and nark on each other. I could here them discussing everything even with the doors closed. They were not very friendly and one was quite rude. I DO NOT recommend going to this facility.

I took my daughter here it was a waste of time. We still have to go to the ER. The doctor spoke to us about 3 mins without a disagnosis . I will never go back. They billed my insurance and changed me a co- pay for nothing.

I took my fiance' there and he was diagnosed with pneumonia, they took us in right away, the staff was extremely courteous and so was the Doctor. They were extremely thurough and we were in and out with e-scribed scripts at the pharmacy up the street. And were home with extensive treatment and prescriptions in an expedited manner! I highly recommend them and actually we changed them to our primary care facility also. Everyone was professional and they have a full line of equipment without the wait of an emergency room. They have late hours beyond the other closer urgent care facilities in the area which makes more common sense when you need an urgent care and do not need an emergency room with the bill tagged on. I highly recommend
