Sam's Shoe Service

I have a pair of Mezlan shoes that needed special care. I contacted Sam's Shoe Service and this is my second time using this shoe shop in seven [7] years. The shoes were returned in immaculate condition! They have the appearance of brand new shoes all shined and protected. I appreciate the professionalism and the high quality of service.

I Have All my leather shoes and Coach purses clean and condition/protector on them especially during the winter and they have lasted for years and Looking Great!. Redesigned my Leather wool lined Bass Shoes for foot comfort. What a Saint you are Michael !!! Thank you Again for your service.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Wish I had read the other reviews before I took my light purple suede Birkenstocks in to be cleaned. Yes - I hiked in Sedona in them and they had become dirty & discolored - more of a light pink than a purple - due to the red dusty clay in Sedona. However, when I picked them up today (after waiting several weeks and receiving no phone call to let me know that they were done) they were two completely different colors! When I mentioned this - the owner was EXTREMELY RUDE and not at all apologetic that he ruined my shoes. One of them is a total new color - which I actually liked - but the shoes don't match at all! I asked if there was any way that he could try to get the colors to match and he was not at all helpful and said NO. He also tried to tell me that the new color of the one shoe had to be the original color. Oh - and this new color shoe also has a completely different texture than the other shoe - as if the suede was damaged & all scruffed up during the cleaning process. Now - I understand that there are no guarantees and that things happen - however it was his rude attitude and complete lack of any type of customer service that make me want to tell everyone - DO NOT GO HERE ! ! ! ! !

I have been going to these guys for more than 10 years. Have taken dozens of items to them to be repaired. Have also purchased excellent high end dress shoes from them. Fast and consistent service, excellent shoe shines. Don't take my word for it - visit on almost any day of the week and witness the constant stream of customers dropping off and picking up items. They have yet to do me wrong, strongly recommended.

First of all I want to say I've been going to Sam's shoe service for years!! I have never had a issue nor a problem with any of my repairs or purchases.

They are hard workers and take pride and what they do!! Thank you for always taking care of my shoes, bags etc....

This Shoe Repair is the best! They cleaned up my UGGs after the winters wear and tear and have fixed so many of shoes and I could not be happier. They always explain to me what they will do and my shoes are always ready on the date stated. Thank you so much Sams for always doing such a wonderful job on my shoes and purses. I had also taken one of my Most Treasured Louis Vitton purse in since I broke the handle and they repaired it and it looked just like new (thanks for also cleaning it up for me) Thanks for allowing me to be rough with my belongings :) I will see you guys again soon!

Beware of Sam and his son. They have no Ethics or Credibility. Sam made two repairs on a purse and told me that he would warranty them. I came back a month later to show him that the reinforcement didn't hold (I express this when I picked up the purse that it wouldn't hold), and he told me "You believe everything I say?" He was very defensive, over talking me, and acted as if he had no knowledge of what I was saying. He just lost a 20 year Loyal Customer. His attitude was very unprofessional. He totally disrespected me and my dollars for the second time. It's now about Money with Sam not Quality or Customer Satisfaction! I Will NOT Patronize Sam's Shoe Service again!

I took two purses to Sam's to have repaired. One was a classic (over 20 yrs old) Dooney & Burke purse that had a hanging leather strap that the duck fob hung from. I took the purse in to have two issues addressed: repair loose stitching in the middle of the shoulder strap and reinforce the leather panels where it meets the shoulder strap. I pick up my purses and realize the leather strap that holds the duck fob is missing. I immediately ask the owner's son where it is. He said he had no knowledge of it and that I would have to speak to his dad. I make a return trip to the store and speak with the owner that I dropped the purses off with, and who made the repairs on them. He stated he didn't remember a strap on the purse. I reminded him of the conversation we had when I dropped it off showing him the strap, and that I wanted it to remain while he repaired that area of the purse. He didn't remember. Needless to say besides losing the leather strap ( which cannot be replaced), he also did NOT repair the loose stitching on the shoulder strap. He also did a shoddy job of reinforcing the leather panels. The stitching was haphazardly done and is already loose. I will NEVER use this place again and I advise anyone who does to beware!!

They ruin my christian louboutin pumps. Sam and his son are frauds! They are not official repair vendors of christian louboutin!

I had a Betseyville handbag repaired here! I thought it wouldn't be able to be repaired due to its unique case. However, Sam's fixed it! The purse had plastic linked handles. One of the links broke and Sam's was able to repair it.
