Great customer service, very patient and very responsive, which are 3 great qualities to have through the creative process of designing a beautiful and one of kind engagement ring. I really appreciate Nick's ability to guide me through the process as we bounced ideas about the design of the ring but more importantly, his patience and responsiveness kept the project on schedule. After talking about ideas, Nick quickly produced images we had in mind and brought life to our vision. Nick was also very honest and informed me about every aspect of our diamond, he told me details about the stone that make it truly one of a kind. I really appreciate his honesty and full disclosure. Thank you Nick! I really appreciate all you and your team's help and hard work through the process. My wife loves the work you guys put in to make our dreams true.

The only place I come to get loans. Ben and Nick are always friendly. I've been late on loans before and when I call they have always given me some extra time. Solid shop.

Such nice people and a comfortable vibe. I get loans here whenever I need a little extra cash. Quick and easy. They also have very nice purses which is dangerous for me. I almost spend the money i got in a loan on a Louis Vuitton lol.

Clean place and Knowledgeable sales person. I bought an antique rolex from Normans and I found the same watch on Ebay for almost double. Mine is in better condition too. I also stop in every once and a while and they clean my jewelry for free! Good people.

I got my wife a custom engagement ring here. They made exactly what i envisioned. They also made me a custom pendant for my chain for such a good deal. Would Definitely recommend.

Awesome place! way different from the other pawnshops. This place is clean and nice with a ton of jewelry. You really don't feel like your in a pawnshop lol. I got my rolex here and get loans on it whenever i need some extra cash. I love the young guy in there he's super funny!

I was pretty surprised at this place. It was much cleaner and nicer than the other pawn shops ive been in. They were really friendly and i got a loan on my watch. Diddnt really want to get a loan but if i need to again i know where to go. They also have a ton of furs lol. They seemed like really good deals!
