Embassy Suites

I've been staying at this hotel for 4 weeks now and love it. The Free happy hour is awesome, the service is great and they are always trying to help you feel more comfortable. A great extended stay hotel!

I am a longtinme Hilton Honors member staying at Hilton hotels whenever they are available for my business and pleasure travel. I have long touted Embassy Suites as my favorite hotel in the chain.



I have to say - I was extremely disappointed in this facility and the staff attitude - with the exception of the bellman - he was wonderful.



The parking lot was not cleared of snow during times when the most cars were out of the lot, consequently, I had snow backed up against my back bumper - twice - during my stay, making it difficult to get out of parking spots.



There were not enough employees to work the front desk so waited repeatedly for assistance. Once three people in what appeared to be front desk type professional uniforms stood around and talked while one young lady tried frantically to assist all those in line.



The area behind the front desk was dirty and paper littered.



I was standing on the second floor looking over the balcony into the dining area and saw employees behind the pastry bar eating in between restocking the breakfast bar.



All in all - a very disappointing stay.

When I first checked into the hotel, I was psyched - it looked GREAT! Until I got into the room I was to spend the next 39 nights in. I was greeted at the door by the overwhelming smell of last night's party, and my suspicion was confirmed after seeing my vomit-splattered shower curtain and freshly stained rug.



I think whoever partied here must have been the same person that cleaned the room this morning, because only a hungover person would have left a room in this shape.



In fairness to the management, I'm sure the other rooms are great and that I was just blessed with the luck of the draw.
