This company is beyond unprofessional. Only giving 1 star bc you have to give one. The two women (Sharon and Dana) who work in this office will discuss your business in front of anyone in the office. We rented from Sarvis management for 2+ years. We dealt with rats and rodent problems. Not once was an exterminator called. We were told to lay our own traps down. These ladies are as shady as they come. I can not express this enough! I am already planning to have to fight for my deposit. They want you to pay for an exterminator before vacating the premises yet they won't hire one while living in their rat infested property. Shame on this company. I will make sure to let everyone know how shady Sarvis Management is.

I would have to say my experience with this small business has been the worst, it does not even deserve a 1 rating as far as I am concerned. Beware dealing with these very unprofessional people, they never fixed anything in a timely manner, would argue and tell you something did not need to be fixed, tell you the bugs are just 'water bugs' and I had to pay for extermination myself. I felt like I was dealing with the bottom of the barrel so to say. If you had a request for something it took at least a month. They also sent out someone to paint the property whom I know was not certified to paint as required by state law. With the 2014 US Open coming up, if you are looking for properties to rent, this is not the place you will want to use, they simply do not deliver and provide very rude and unprofessional service.
