Had an appointment at 1:00 pm. Arrived to a waiting room full of patients and they were steadily coming in after me. Filled out about 10 pages of paper, made co-pay, and sat for 90 minutes. Asked receptionist if knew when would see doctor, she didn't have a clue. Told her I was leaving, she did refund co-pay, and I think I heard a faint apology as I took money back. As I read one other reviewer's comment. "this place is nothing but a patient mill". Another thing, you are required to sign a paper saying you agree to buy your meds from an in house pharmacy, and if you do not, they charge a $25 authorization fee for sending to outside pharmacy. This may be illegal, but not going to waste time filing complaint with state medical board. Based on my experience, I certainly do not recommend it.

I've read the reviews and I guess everyone's experience is different. Mine experience was great. This is a teaching hospital so don't go if you don't like seeing interns. I was told the interns are not allowed to change your medications without going through the doctor or PA first (who is amazing and really really smart, I thought she was the doctor). Also, I was told that if I ever was in crisis or needed a counseling session with Dr. Anderson, it would not be a problem. They do have an in house pharmacy but I was not forced to use them, the PA gave me a choice and I'm actually glad I chose them, they mail my refills. I have been going here 6 months now and yes there is a wait sometimes, but what doctor's office do you go to now and not wait? That reflects the shortage of health care! Lastly, unlike other psychiatrist offices I've called, they got my appointment in within a month vs. 6 months waiting list at the others. And the PA and doctor both make you feel comfortable and at ease.

I hate that every time you go in there you have to see a different intern. They screwed me up because I'm bypolar with other stuff and add so I have to take Adderall well the intern gave me Vyvanse and didn't check my chart so when went to see my add doctor they would not give me my Adderall anymore because of the VYVANSE so I called dr. Anderson and told them what was going on. They said it was my fault and I lost my temper and they discharged me so I have to find a new doctor before my meds run out.

Everyone is great! Dr. Anderson is a fantastic Dr. He is very easy-going and helpful. I've been seeing him for almost a year and it has been wonderful. I can't say enough good things about the place bc they have helped me so much.

My 21 ye old son who suffers from anxiety and depression was treated terrible by the staff on his last visit. He was taken off his medicine on last visit and was supposed to go in yesterday to see how he was doing. He was not able to give a urine sample and asked to have a swab done instead but hey have run out. He waited for 4 hours and by this time his anxiety level was very high and the counselor would not even talk to him. I don't even know how he drove home. he will no longer go to this place, we will find another place where he is treated better.

I tell you the truth the front desk staff is horrible I have been going here for my child for 2 years and they have been through 20 office managers. They have 10 people working in 1 cubby hole then still cant get the paper work correct. They call us to the back on one side and while we were in the back on the left side coming out, they was calling us on the other side talking about over here ma'am lol They need to get it together. I just dont know what to say about these hormonial horrific people are terrible(Front Desk associates) Now when you get to the back they are nice but the problem will be you getting back there I am looking to change her doctor all because of the front desk staff.

I have no idea what all these people are talking about this being a bad place!! They have been nothing but good to me, the pharmacy ladies are so sweet the front desk ladies are sweet and the manager is sweet and actually listens to what you have to say. Dr Anderson is a very cool guy and he actually helps me when I need help, people just need to realize that you don't just go in there to get meds and leave, if you only knew what they go through you would realize why they are the way they are! Anyways great place great people you just have to

This place is not good if you want relationship with your doctor. My husband took off work to see Dr. Anderson and was asked to see someone else. Why?? Because they overbooked appointments. Don't go there if you want a relationship with your doctor. Stop worrying about making money and take care of your patients. I was bringing both my boys and my husband. We needed help. I am glad you really cared!!!

Quack, quack, quack, now pay me.. That is all this place is about. I can not understand Dr. Anderson when he talks either, can not get authorizations to refill BEFORE a prescription runs out, and get nothing but attitude from the front desk staff. The meds they prescribe are important to a persons health and well-being they act like they could care less. I am giving one star because there must be a rating to post otherwise it would be a NEGATIVE 5 stars. Worst. Place. Ever.

I haven't used this clinic in 3 years due to their policies on meds. They refuse to write 90 scripts, even if there is no problem preventing it. They are trying to force patients to use their in-house pharmacy. My insurance will not cover this pharmacy and I must get 90 scripts, so I left. In addition, if you do not purchase in-house, they charge an exhorbitant fee if there is a question and your pharmacy must call them. Finally, my original appt was made with Dr. Kenny Terry. In all the time I went there, I never met the man.
