Had an appointment at 1:00 pm. Arrived to a waiting room full of patients and they were steadily coming in after me. Filled out about 10 pages of paper, made co-pay, and sat for 90 minutes. Asked receptionist if knew when would see doctor, she didn't have a clue. Told her I was leaving, she did refund co-pay, and I think I heard a faint apology as I took money back. As I read one other reviewer's comment. "this place is nothing but a patient mill". Another thing, you are required to sign a paper saying you agree to buy your meds from an in house pharmacy, and if you do not, they charge a $25 authorization fee for sending to outside pharmacy. This may be illegal, but not going to waste time filing complaint with state medical board. Based on my experience, I certainly do not recommend it.
