        Overall

        Ridiculous to be charged for calling to cancel, but not 24 hrs in advance. How the heck am I supposed to know 24 hrs ahead of time that my child is going to call home sick from school on the day she has an appointment? What an inflexible dental group! I'll be taking my business (two kids and husband) business elsewhere. Bad business decisions by this office.
