Excellent dj classes in San Francisco & South San Francisco

My search for dj classes ended when I found the DJ Arts Academy. They supplied me with lessons that gave me the tools to become a better DJ. I've DJing for a few years, but thought I should take and intermediate class from a dj school just to freshen up and gain a better understanding of things.

The DJ classes proved to be more than I expected. I learned a ton from the faculty at the school, and truly feel like I came away with tools, tips, and tricks that will tremendously help my dj career.

This dj school provides students with an education that is truly valuable for serious DJs. Thank you DJ Arts Academy! Everybody interested in DJing should take the best lessons in the San Francisco bay area.

My DJ lessons at the San Francisco location

Learning how to dj with the Dj Arts Academy was a great experience. In the beginning I wasn't too sure what I had gotten myself in to, especially because I had a hard time trying to mix songs during the first few weeks of my lessons.

I took advantage of the free practice sessions that they offer outside of class time and was able to use their equipment to practice my mixing. I think without this aspect I wouldn't have been able to learn how to do basic blends and mixes.

Another great thing about this class was definitely my teacher. Troy. He's a funny dude that really knows his stuff about DJing.

I highly recommend the Dj Arts Academy and their excellent dj classes.

Fun and rewarding dj lessons in San Francisco

I lost my job earlier this year and had time to take up something that I never thought would be possible. I found a class that definitely changed my life.

The dj lessons at the Dj Arts Academy proved that you can really do ANYTHING that you want. I learned how to dj and performed in front of a few hundred people in only a matter of months.

In my classes I learned the ins and outs of how to hook up equipment, how to use dj equipment, how to mix, blend, and do basic scratch techniques. I think the most important things I learned were during the business lessons where I was given crucial information in understanding how I could make this a career. After losing my job and starting a career in DJing, I don't plan on looking back.

Excellent DJ Lessons

These DJ lessons are so freakin' cool. They pretty much transformed me to rockstar status in four weeks! Okay I'm getting a little carried away, but seriously I think these folks are really good at what they do. The DJ lessons taught me the basics in mixing and scratching and I've never felt so good about a hobby in a long time.

I signed up for the platinum package and still have a good amount of dj lessons left before they throw me in front of a big crowd at the Mercury Lounge. Im a little nervous to perform for a crowd, but I know that the DJ Arts Academy will be there for me every step of the way.

These DJ lessons have been so much fun, and I just want to thank Troy for being a great, patient, and thorough teacher. I also want to say thank you to all the staff that have made my experience a memorable one thus far.

DJ Lessons in San Francisco

The DJ lessons at the DJ Arts Academy opened up an entire world for me. I've been interested in learning how to DJ for years, and when I discovered the DJ lessons that the DJ Arts Academy offered I quickly signed up. My DJ classes were taught by Troy, who has over 15 years experience as a professional DJ. His knowledge during our dj lessons was quite impressive, especially since he answered every question that I had with a clear and precise answer. He taught me an incredible amount about DJ'ing and got me mixing and matching beats in a few weeks.

An added bonus was that I learned how to mix with records as well as digital audio files in Serato. The DJ lessons touched on the classic art form and the more modern way of DJ ing. I feel like a real DJ now and recommend this DJ school to anybody that's interested in taking DJ lessons and becoming a solid DJ.

I was able to DJ and perform for a crowd only a few weeks after starting my DJ lessons and now I am a regularly booked DJ all over San Francisco. Thanks DJ Arts Academy!
